If you asked me if pink was my favorite color, I would say no...I like the color a lot but not my favorite......
But if the proof is in the pudding, you might disagree with me...Everywhere I look in my yard, there is pink!!
Maybe this is the year I will add some different colors for spring...Enjoy!
My girl, Bonnie, keeping an eye on me......
This impatiens seed came up in a potted fern I brought in last fall....even IT is pink!
Off to search for some colors to compliment all of my PINK!!
By the way, my Daddy's favorite color is pink and so was my Grandmother Lewis'......something about the apple not falling far from the tree comes to mind.. wink, wink
It is so nice to have so many new visitors stopping by...I appreciate each and every one of you....Your comments make my day...thank you, thank you...

I have never been much of a pink girl, either, but I love pink flowers and I am strangely attracted to pink tableware! Your garden looks beautiful and I am sure your grandmother is smiling somewhere this morning!!
ReplyDeleteDiane, thank you...you are always such an encouragement to me..

All your flowers are lovely. I especially like the dogwood buds. Is it a pink dogwood? I am guessing your garden is rather large. I am trying to guess where you live too. I am in Alabama and the trees and flowers look similar to our area.
ReplyDeleteI like your new header. I have gotten lazy and haven't changed my header in ages. I probably have forgotten now how to do them.
BTW I have mostly pink flowers too. Never realized that.
Bonnie, it is a white dogwood but the pink tinges were so evident in the buds this year.....and thank you about the header. I like to change it with the months or seasons...took me forever to learn how...but I would forget if I didn't do it regularly..learning how to blog is a constant challenge. LOL

ReplyDeleteMona,
ReplyDeleteThank you for following us at Red Rose Alley. These flowers are beautiful. My roses in my front yard haven't bloomed yet, but I imagine they will soon. I love flowers, as they are the magic in our life. Have a wonderful week, and I am following you too.

Your header is positively joyous! The singing is beautiful and I can hear it all the way here. Very pretty garden...blooming now is it? Hmmm...it'll be June before we see such delights.
