I really do have almost more than I can handle at the moment. Our business has taken off and my husband is the one and only...He is everything..This is a very good thing but we are having to adjust...Him to working longer hours and me to being on my own a lot of the time. We have about 4 full time jobs between the two of us....so, some things are getting laid to the side. Blogging and my computer time is one of those things that I don't have much time for lately.... I surely do miss all of you and hope to have time to visit around soon..
Here are a few pictures around our home from the last week....
I hope you enjoyed these flower pictures. I am a huge fan of daylilies as you can see... My family has been in the daylily growing business for generations.. I just grow for fun and beauty.....
Thanks for stopping by...
Love, Mona
I am thrilled the business is going so well. I know the feeling of having umpteen things to do. The lilies are lovely. Love, Olive
ReplyDeleteWonderful to have such a problem! = D Wishing you continued success.
ReplyDeleteI love daylilies, too, and yours are beautiful.
Uh oh...you may have just opened a big ol' can of worms! I am considering planting a bunch of daylilies on a slope on the far south end of our backyard. I've never worked with them before. So don't be surprised if you find an email or 2 in your box in the coming months! :-)
ReplyDeleteYour flowers are beautiful! You may not be in the business with your family, but you sure have the gene!
I was wondering where you were. So glad that your business has taken off. Your day lilies are very pretty and your photo's are great.
ReplyDeleteDon;t work to hard and have a great weekend.

That is wonderful, about your business - so happy for you two. I love seeing your dayliles, as always. Yesterday, I had some blooming that I do not remember and they were so pretty. I have put blogging on hold, too. This is a big month, since we are retiring and trying to figure out what we want to do with the rest of our lives!!
ReplyDeleteMona, congratulations on the success - may you be blessed with continued ability to handle it and enjoy it. Love your garden photos - what is that plant in the 3rd photo - is it a money plant? It's been awhile since I've seen one....

Love your day lilies. You have so many varieties and they are beautiful.
ReplyDeleteA great blessing for you that your husbands business has taken off. That is great news to hear.
I understand about blogging taking a back seat. I had grandchildren for 12 days and then left for Texas to see the other grandchildren for a week. I hardly looked at the computer either. It is good not to be too addicted to it but at the same time I feel the tug of visiting with blogging friends. It does seem many of us are having a busy summer. As I am typing this I remember taking three months off last summer.
Have a great week. I think of you often.
I can see why your cup overflows, Mona. You live in a place that is filled with beautiful flowers and scenery. The lilies are so pretty. They always remind me of my niece, Lillie. It sounds like you are so busy right now, but you still take time out to enjoy the simple pleasures of this world. And that is such a special thing to do.
