No regrets

Isn't this tree lovely?  it is right across the street from us and every year, it takes my breath away with it's beauty..yesterday it was cloudy and dreary and cold ..but the tree color was still beautiful..

THEN......

the conditions changed.......and it became even more spectacular.....the light from above shined down and it's color became even more brilliant......same tree...different circumstances....only ONE day apart...

"It is much better to try and to fail than never have the courage to go after something. Too many missed opportunities lead us into the valley of shadow, where we are a pale version of what we could have been. Passivity, procrastination and caution are all forms of regret. It is where we look back at our fainthearted approach to life and discover how timid we have become. It is vital that our past does not become our future or regret will shadow us all our lives."Graham Cooke

Nobody really wants to be a pale version of what they can be ...are you just existing or are you living life on purpose.....remember  that things can change in an instant...for the GOOD...change is not always about the bad stuff that can happen and cause regret...suddenlies can be over the top wonderful...we, as hope filled people, are to look for the good things.....knowing that there is ALWAYS  something good because God is good....and He is in a good mood..every single day...so we don't need to let the dreariness take us over..we need to remember to look for and if need be, SEARCH for the good things..they are there somewhere..and can be revealed or appear in an instant.....what a difference just one day made in the beauty of this tree...

thank you for stopping by this morning...I hope the sun is shining where you are..and if it is not, just look for it...it will come out from behind those clouds...
