Life Is Good...

As I look at this picture, I am reminded that life is good.....very, very good....

   I am happy...I am content..and isn't that what it is all about?  We are all trying to find that place where we are content..at peace.....

I love my grandchildren with a love that was foreign to me just 6 years ago....now it is familiar, comfortable and natural...because I have objects of compassion where my love is directed...they called to this love inside me that I did not know existed....the grandchildren came and I released my love on them...from the time I even knew about the first baby, this love started to happen..it came quickly....way before he was born.....

I love my children and my grandchildren and my very wonderful husband....who makes it easy for all of this life to happen around us....and can even get all three grandsons and a couple of dogs in a candid shot in our backyard...Now, THAT is a major feat....  I love this picture because it is truly real life... a moment captured....a memory sealed.....a few minutes after supper spent in our backyard...3 boys, 5 dogs, one man, and two women...

I am grateful for this life.....

Always look  for the good things...they can happen when you least expect it..in an instant...things can turn around.
and life can go from dark and confining to life more abundant....never, never, never give up!!..
