I will admit it...I love hydrangeas but I am scared of them.......no, really..I am afraid I will mess with them and they will not bloom for me or they will die...so I just plant them and let them do whatever they want to do... I have even made a bed where I hoped they would be happy......having said all that, here are a few pictures of hydrangeas growing naturally.....they really are one of my most favorite flowers but none of my family grew them and they are not familiar to me...even though I have had one in my yard for about 25 years..LOL

As you can see, there are quite a few in my yard..they fascinate me..they are beautiful and so old fashioned..but mine have not really multiplied or grown so well...maybe one day I will overcome my crazy fear of hydrangeas...but until then, I will just enjoy whatever they give me as I observe from afar...
