Valentine's Day

Sometimes I forget how much a table changes when I put flowers on it.......as soon as I picked my red camellias and some silver dusty miller this morning, and started to arrange them...it became Valentines for me....and it was then easy to finish the preparations for the setting for tonight's romantic supper......

It will be way more intimate with the candles and the fireplace but that will be too late for this post...so here it is...just use your imagination...
chocolate dipped strawberries in the silver basket...steak and lobster as the main dish....and of course some kind of green vegetable..  :-)
I already have Pandora primed with Nat King Cole love songs...yes, it is going to be a good, good night...I love spending the whole day preparing for a special night with my sweetheart...

Oh yes, I moved the setting from the dining room into the living room so we could eat in front of the fire..much more romantic, don't you think?

I hope your day is a good one....even if you don't have that special someone yet, don't give up hope...enjoy your singleness......there are benefits there too....

thank you for stopping by today...off to play with some chocolate......I hope to see you again soon..

                                                             Happy Valentines Day!
